Shada Safaris ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and what your choices are. We handle personal data in line with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.

What we collect

• Enquiry and quote forms: your name, email address, phone number, country, travel dates, group size, destinations of interest and the message you write.
• Newsletter sign-up: your email address.
• Your preferences: your choice of currency (KSh or USD) is saved in your browser so the site remembers it. It is not sent to us.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare itineraries and quotes, arrange your trip, and, if you subscribed, send you travel offers. We do not sell your personal information.

Who processes it

• Web3Forms delivers form submissions to our inbox. Your form data passes through their service.
• Google Translate (the language selector) and Google Maps (the map on the contact page) are third-party services that may set cookies or collect usage data under Google's own privacy policy.
• Where needed to deliver your trip, we share the necessary details (for example names for lodge bookings) with the lodges, hotels and transport providers involved.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking records only as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to stop sending you marketing emails at any time. Write to info@shadasafaris.com.
